organize.ge არის CRM სისტემა უძრავი ქონების გაყიდვების გუნდებისთვის. ეს პოლიტიკა აღწერს, რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ organize.ge-ის ვებგვერდზე და აპლიკაციაში, რისთვის ვიყენებთ მათ და როგორ შეგიძლიათ მოითხოვოთ მათი ნახვა ან წაშლა. კითხვების შემთხვევაში მოგვწერეთ: [email protected].

რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ

  • ანგარიში: სახელი, ელფოსტა და პაროლი (ვინახავთ მხოლოდ დაშიფრული სახით), როლი გუნდში.
  • CRM-ის მონაცემები: ლიდები, კონტაქტები, ზარები, დავალებები და შენიშვნები, რომლებსაც თქვენი გუნდი შეიყვანს ან შემოიტანს.

  • Cookie: ვიყენებთ მხოლოდ შესვლის (სესიის) cookie-ს. სარეკლამო ან თვალთვალის cookie-ებს არ ვიყენებთ.

Meta-დან მიღებული მონაცემები

ვინ ამუშავებს მონაცემებს

ანგარიშის და CRM-ის მონაცემებს ვინახავთ, სანამ კომპანია organize.ge-ს იყენებს. წაშლილი ლიდები სანაგვეში 30 დღე რჩება და შემდეგ სამუდამოდ იშლება. სარეზერვო ასლები 14 დღეში იშლება. შეთავაზების მოთხოვნებს ვინახავთ მანამ, სანამ ისინი საჭიროა თქვენთან კომუნიკაციისთვის.

უსაფრთხოება

კავშირი ყოველთვის დაშიფრულია (HTTPS). მონაცემთა ბაზა ხელმისაწვდომია მხოლოდ სერვერიდან, და თითოეული მომხმარებელი ხედავს მხოლოდ იმას, რისი ნახვის უფლებაც აქვს მის როლს.

თქვენი უფლებები

შეგიძლიათ მოითხოვოთ თქვენი მონაცემების ნახვა, გასწორება ან წაშლა. მოგვწერეთ [email protected] და გიპასუხებთ 30 დღის განმავლობაში. თუ თქვენი მონაცემები რომელიმე კომპანიის CRM-შია (მაგ. რეკლამის ფორმა შეავსეთ), შეგიძლიათ მიმართოთ პირდაპირ იმ კომპანიას ან ჩვენ.

Privacy Policy

organize.ge is a CRM for real estate sales teams. This policy explains what data we collect on the organize.ge website and app, how we use it, and how to ask for it to be shown or deleted. Contact: [email protected].

Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), team role.
  • CRM data: leads, contacts, calls, tasks and notes entered or imported by your team.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) data: if a company connects its Meta ad account, we receive campaign, ad and spend statistics and the leads submitted through its lead forms (such as name, phone, email and form answers).
  • Quote form on the homepage: name, company, phone, team size and comment, plus the IP address to block spam.
  • Cookies: a sign-in session cookie only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To provide the CRM, to reply to quote requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the service providers listed below.

Data from Meta

Data received from the Meta Platform is used only to show it to the company that connected its account, inside that company's organize.ge CRM. It is never sold, transferred to other companies, or used for any other purpose, and it is deleted when the connection is removed or on request (see Data deletion).

Who processes the data

For CRM data (leads, contacts) the company using organize.ge is responsible; we process it on its behalf. Service providers: a virtual server running the app and database (Hostinger), Cloudflare (domain, DNS, network protection), Resend (sending and receiving email), and Meta Platforms (only when a company connects its ad account).

Retention

Account and CRM data are kept while the company uses organize.ge. Deleted leads stay in the bin for 30 days, then are removed permanently. Backups are deleted after 14 days. Quote requests are kept as long as needed to reply.

Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). The database is reachable only from the server itself, and each user sees only what their role allows.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. If your data is in a company's CRM (for example, you filled in its ad form), you can contact that company or us.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top.
